What are our protections and refund policy?
We, at MicroBikini.com, are doing our best to serve our customers in the best way possible.
Our return policy is valid within 7 days of delivery of our products. If the product you received is somehow damaged or not as described you can return it within 7 days from receiving it and we'll refund your order in full. No questions asked!
When does our refund & return policy not apply?
Please note that we only accept items in their original condition - undamaged and in their original package. If the returned items are damaged
or lost while they are being returned, we won't be able to refund you.
All our customers at MicroBikini.store have the following guarantees with each order they make through our site:
1. FULL REFUND IF YOU DON’T RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
You will get a full refund if your order does not arrive within the delivery time promised by the seller.
How it works:
Our delivery policy at MicroBikini.store promises a timely delivery of your bikinis within 30 days max. If you can prove that you did not receive your order within the stated delivery time, you will get a full refund from us. No questions asked!
Full refunds are NOT available in the following circumstances:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing a wrong name, wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by natural disaster, etc.)
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Reborn-Dolls-For-Sale.com
2. FULL OR PARTIAL REFUNDS IF ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED
You can get a partial refund if your item is significantly different from its description or damaged. You can choose to receive a partial refund and keep the product if you can prove that the item is not as described on MicroBikini.store.
How it works:
If your item is not as described, you should contact the seller to discuss a resolution. If you can accept the product and want to keep it, you should negotiate a partial refund with us.
Otherwise, you will get a full refund as established by the seller’s return policy but you'll have to return the product to us and cover the shipping costs.
IMPORTANT: please keep in mind that buyers should try to file a claim to the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss. They are also responsible for any return shipping fees that apply.
